Theme Collections

The Archaeology Collection -- Mission San Luis in Tallahassee, Florida has yielded a number of artifacts from seventeenth-century Spanish and Apalacheecola Indian cultures. We have photographed a number of these unique treasures.

The Australia Collection -- We have photographed a selection of products from the land downunder. Visit this collection for a unique view of materials from this part of the world.

The Crime Collection -- This collection deals with artifacts of crime including gunpowder, explosives, DNA, weapons, and similar objects.

The Education Collection -- We have photographed things you use in school including chalk, crayons, paper, finger paints, glue, and modeling clay.

The Religion Collection -- Includes materials idealized in religions from around the world. Subjects include: frankincense, rose attar, lotus blossom, and the oak tree.

The Sports Collection -- Photomicrographs of baseballs, footballs, basketballs, and other sports equipment.
