Sugar Journal

The Sugar Journal is a technical publication that informs the international sugar industry - including corn, sugarcane and beet production, processing and refining - of industry trends. Primary emphasis is given to technical and popular articles on new developments in factory and field production methods, research projects, economic and administrative problems. Articles also analyze results of test programs, pilot plant operations, experimental progress reports and comparative studies. Reports on current industry news including international associations, conferences, and a monthly listing of all sugar meetings is also included. Additionally, monthly columns written by experts in their field are featured. Spanish translations are used monthly in the columns and in technical articles throughout the year.
