This interactive Java tutorial explores the steps necessary to construct a miniature rendition of a natural seascape on the surface of a silicon wafer.

The seascape is simultaneously fabricated on the wafer along with the transistors and interconnects comprising the integrated circuitry of the chips on the wafer.
