Moiré Patterns:
Moiré Praying Mantis
The moiré praying mantis is a pattern designed to simulate the movement of a praying mantis. As the lines of the parallel grid move across the mantis pattern, an alternating series of images appears to resemble the movement.
Use the alternating "Manual" and "Auto" button below to control whether the grid moves on its own (Auto), or whether you control movement (Manual).
