Optical Illusions:

Rotating Disk #5

The rotating radial disk can be set run either manually or automatically. The bitmap pattern behind the rotating radial disk remains stationary. To run manually, place the mouse pointer somewhere within the disk, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse to rotate the disk.

Rolling the mouse pointer around the circumference of the radial pattern will cause the top pattern to follow. Alternatively, you can click on the blue Auto button to cause the disk to rotate automatically. When this happens, the Auto button changes into a red Manual button. To change the direction of rotation (clockwise or counterclockwise), click on the arrow buttons to the left and right of the red Manual button. Clicking on an arrow button when the tutorial is in manual mode (blue Auto button displayed) will automatically launch the spinning pattern in the direction of that arrow.
