Liberty Ale

Text from the bottle label: Liberty Ale - Liberty Ale is virtually hand-made in small batches with Anchor's famous commitment to traditional brewing methods. We use an authentic top-fermenting yeast, a blend of the finest malted barleys, whole hops and pure water. While Liberty Ale is aging in our cellars, it is "dry hopped" in the classic Ale tradition and slowly completes its fermentation in sealed vats. This process produces a delicate and entirely natural carbonation. Our simple, natural brewing methods will allow Liberty Ale to mellow and improve for many months if the bottles are kept cool and dark. The Anchor Brewing Company is one of America's smallest breweries, and is famous around the world for its exceptional commitment to brewing tradition and for the quality of its fine products. Brewed and bottled the Anchor Brewing Company, San Francisco, California.
