The Silicon Graphics Logo

The Silicon Graphics Logo

Many of the microprocessor integrated circuits found in Silicon Graphics (SGI) computers are found to bear tiny renditions of the SGI logo when these chips are examined under the microscope. This version of the logo is the best executed that we have seen and can be found on the MIPS R12000 microprocessor.
