Beer from the South Pacific

The San Miguel Brewery was founded in 1890 and became the first brewery in Southeast Asia. San Miguel beer has long been a favorite beer of the American sailors and soldiers stationed in the Philippine islands. The thumbnail photomicrograph below provides a link to the only Philippine beer in our collection.

San Miguel - Brewed in the Balintawak Beer Brewery, San Miguel has a sweet aroma, medium body with a smooth moderate bitterness, and a clean palate.
