Fluorescence With Multiple Fluorochromes
This interactive tutorial explores the effects of fluorescence cube filtration of excitation/emission spectra on specimens stained with multiple fluorochromes.
To operate the tutorial, first use the pull-down menu to choose a sample. Next, use your mouse cursor to select a fluorescence filter cube using the radio buttons. The image will change in the microscope port to report how the sample appears in the microscope when illuminated with the chosen filter cube.
