Retin-A (Tretinoin)

Tretinoin is a vitamin A derivative that is used to treat certain types of acne. This drug is also useful in reducing fine skin wrinkles, discoloration, and roughness. While using this drug, avoid exposure to sunlight and high-intensity sunlamps. Side effects include blistering, crusting, severe burning or redness, swelling, and color changes of treated skin.
