Blue Mountains Honey

Blue Mountains Honey is an Australian product generated by a company owned by Genevieve and Steven Craig. The couple's efforts in honey production began as a backyard hobby involving a single beehive. As they added more and more beehives to their collection, they began to produce too much honey to consume and subsequently started selling the excess sweet, sticky substance at local markets. Since that time, the Blue Mountains Honey Company has grown substantially, exporting its goods to other countries and finding its niche in the gourmet foods market. Among the company's many specialty items is a wide range of fruited honey, such as apricot, mango, and ginger.
