We caught this guy showing off his bicep on a Siemens PSB2120 power controller integrated circuit. The chip is a ISDN system remote power controller consisting of a pulse width modulator (PWM) circuit designed for fixed-frequency switching regulators especially for telephony and ISDN environments.
