Comdial Woman

Comdial Woman

This woman, wearing a dress, was discovered on an integrated circuit of unknown function made for Comdial by Canon. Note the pin-shaped head. Each chip has a woman on one end of the pad ring and a man on the other. We suspect the chip is barely large enough to hold both of them.

This photomicrograph was obtained from a chip housed in the Smithsonian Institution integrated circuit collection.
